When you use the assessment, we collect: (1) Assessment data: your answers, progress, time spent, and result (personality type); (2) Device information: device model, browser type, operating system, language setting, and IP address; (3) Usage information: visit time, referring links and advertising parameters (such as ref and utm), and page interactions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information solely to: (1) generate your assessment result; (2) improve our products and services (statistical analysis and experience optimization); (3) attribution and sharing statistics (such as traffic from shared links); (4) security and abuse prevention (such as anti-fraud and rate limiting); and (5) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your assessment result to send you personalized content recommendations.
4. Third Parties and Cross-Border Data Transfers
To provide the services above, we may share necessary information with: (1) Vercel (web hosting); (2) Supabase (data storage); (3) our image hosting server (share-card image storage); and (4) analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Baidu Analytics). We require these parties to process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us. Your data may be stored on servers in and outside mainland China; we take reasonable measures to safeguard it.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to record session state, measure traffic, and track sharing attribution. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect certain features (such as restoring assessment progress).
6. Storage and Retention
We retain your data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. For logged-in users, we keep the most recent assessment result; behavioral data is used for analytics and cleaned periodically as needed. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of data relating to you.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable laws (such as the PRC Personal Information Protection Law, Hong Kong PDPO, and EU GDPR), you have the following rights: (1) Access and correction: access and correct your personal information; (2) Erasure: request deletion of your personal information; (3) Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given to data processing; (4) Complaint: lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. 8. Minors
This assessment is intended for adults. If you are under 16, please do not use the service. If you are between 16 and 18, please use it under the supervision of a guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the effective date at the top of this page or through on-site announcements. The revised policy takes effect upon publication.
